虽目睹其物，耳听其声，但因心神不在，所以好像没看见，没听见一般。形容不关心，不注意。《礼记・大学》：“心不在焉，视而不见，听而不闻，食而不知其味。”亦作“听而无闻，视而无见”、“视之不见，听之不闻”。
