率土，四海之内。宅心，归心。率土宅心指天下归心。《南朝梁・武帝・立晋安王纲为皇太子诏》：“威惠外宣，德行内敏，群后归美，率土宅心，可立纲为皇太子。”亦作“率土归心”。
