猫与鼠同居相眠。语本《新唐书・卷三十四・五行志一》：“龙朔元年十一月，洛州猫鼠同处。鼠隐伏象盗窃，猫职捕啮，而反与鼠同，象司盗者废职容奸。”后比喻上下通同一气，狼狈为奸。《野叟曝言・第三十六回》：“每日在街闲撞，没一人拱手，没一处招留；装著主仆，又是猫鼠同眠。”
